 Attendance

Since it is Morrison Youth Care Inc.’s policy of providing services 365 days per year, 24 hours a day, efficient operation is dependent on the availability of personnel at any given time.  When employees are absent, schedules and commitments are at risk of falling behind, and other employees must assume added workloads. To alleviate this potential problem, Morrison Youth Care Inc. reserves the right to hire additional casual employees as needed.

When employees are scheduled for work, they are expected to report to work as scheduled and on time. If it is impossible to report for work as scheduled, employees must call their supervisor as soon as possible, but in all cases before their starting time.  If your supervisor is unavailable, a voice message should be left.

All employment positions offered by Morrison Youth Care Inc. requires the applicant to be flexible in their availability for work, must respond in a timely manner to all phone calls, messages, emails and/or texts to Management. Failure to do so may result in warnings and/or termination proceedings.

Morrison Youth Care Inc. begins the work week on Thursday ending on Wednesday. The bulk of the work includes weekends and evenings.
