 Disruptive / Combative Passengers

- If a passenger becomes disruptive or combative, pull to the side of the road immediately

- Place the vehicle in Park, set the parking brake, turn off the ignition, and remove the key

- Do not proceed with travel until the situation is well under control and no longer poses a threat to the safe operation of the vehicle

- If the situation escalates, dial 911 immediately

- Assist emergency personnel as appropriate

- Notify your immediate supervisor as soon as the situation allows

- Complete a Critical Incident Report
