 Drug and Alcohol Guidelines

Morrison Youth Care inc. has a zero tolerance policy regarding drugs and alcohol. Staff will maintain a blood alcohol level 0% at all times while on the job. Left over alcohol in the system from the night before, or a state of hangover are also forbidden. Although cannabis consumption is legal in the Province of Alberta, staff may not be under the influence of cannabis at any time while on the job.  

Smoking

The Morrison Youth Care Inc. maintains a non‐smoking policy.  Employees should smoke only in designated areas, as permitted by law. Smoking is not permitted in any vehicle used to transport Morrison Youth Care Inc. clients, their family members and/or other stakeholders
