Hours of Operation/Work Schedules
Normal hours of operation are 24 hours a day, 365 days per year. Employees are assigned different work schedules and/or shifts as the need arises.
Important: Criteria for the selection and scheduling of Drivers and/or Support workers does not necessarily follow the seniority model, however, where practicable, senior employees are given top priority.
- It is an expectation of the Contract Specialist that the closest driver to the client be given first consideration.
- Consideration in choice of Driver/Support worker (male or female), or whom the clients feel comfortable with, will be up to management and/or case worker.
- Consistency is priority for some clients, so personnel, to the best of managements ability, will be kept the same.
- Personnel with certain skill sets will be matched with clients requiring that level of care accordingly.
- Scheduling is subject to change at any given time as Drives and/or Support work may be cancelled with very little notice.
